Concierge Gift-Giving Services

While we will always do our best 4 to 6 weeks notice is ideal. We take a lot of time to really ensure that each gift is perfect. We work with designers, global vendors and creators. We will shop high and low to find the perfect treasure. In some cases if the item is a special order or as we get closer to the holidays we may need more time to fill orders.

Once the gift is confirmed and approved by you we take payment. When the gift is complete with gift wrap and all packaging we will invoice you with the Maven fee and shipping costs.

It’s important to note that all orders are final sale and non-refundable. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure your happiness with our service.

Sales tax is incorporated into the product cost in accordance with state regulations. Shipping fees apply and vary based on the delivery location. However, we’re pleased to offer free delivery for all local orders.
